Important! All neck breaks/cracks etc. must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods.

WARRANTY APPEAL

In the event of a warranty request being denied, the dealer may appeal in writing to Music Link Australia for a review of the warranty claim. Cases will be dealt with individually and fully investigated. All appeals should be forwarded in writing to the Sales Manager at Music Link Australia Head Office at service@musiclink.com.au
